These terms apply to your use of acerrastudio.com and to any photography or content services you book with Acerra Studio LLC (“Acerra Studio,” “we,” “us”). By using this site or booking a session, you agree to them.
In Short
- A retainer secures your date and isn’t refundable, but life happens – talk to us about rescheduling.
- You own your memories; we own the copyright, and you get a license to print and share your images.
- We may use session images for our portfolio and marketing unless you tell us otherwise in writing.
- Download and back up your gallery promptly – online access isn’t permanent.
Booking & Payment
- A retainer of 50% is required to secure your date and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due before your session.
- Rates listed on this site are a starting point; your exact investment is confirmed in your written proposal or contract.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
- We understand that life happens – sessions can be rescheduled with reasonable notice, subject to availability.
- Retainers are non-refundable, but may be applied toward a rescheduled date when notice is given as early as possible.
- Outdoor sessions affected by weather are rescheduled at no extra cost.
Delivery & Your Files
- Portrait and branding galleries are typically delivered within 7–14 business days.
- Wedding galleries are typically delivered within up to six weeks.
- Online galleries are available for download for a limited time only – please download and back up your images promptly. We aren’t responsible for files lost after a gallery expires.
Image Usage & Copyright
- Acerra Studio LLC retains copyright to all images produced.
- Clients receive a personal-use license to print and share their images, unless a different license is agreed in writing (for example, for commercial or brand work).
- We may use session images for our portfolio, website, social media, and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing before your session.
Liability
Our liability for any issue related to a session is limited to the amount paid for that session – typically a refund, credit, or reshoot at our discretion. We’re not responsible for circumstances beyond our reasonable control (illness, extreme weather, equipment failure, and similar events), though we’ll always work with you to find a fair solution.
Website Use
- Content on this site – including photos, text, and design – belongs to Acerra Studio LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission.
- Links to third-party sites (Instagram, Unscripted, and similar) are provided for convenience; we aren’t responsible for their content.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
